In Focus Fitness Intensives
We offer three fitness intensives, each focused on a different area of development: Strength and Cardio, Balance and Functional play, and Community Adventure. Our fitness intensives are delivered in a structured two-week curriculum. Let our coaches support your child's fitness.
How long are the programs?
After you decide what program you would like (Strength & Cardio, Balance & Play, or Community) you now pick your intensity level.

-
Momentum Movement Intensive — 90 min session daily, 5x/week, 2 weeks (Progression level)
-
Performance Movement Intensive — 2 x 90 min sessions daily, 5x/week, 2 weeks (High Repetition level)
A typical 60-minute session includes setup and cleanup time, with approximately 45 minutes of direct, 1:1 coaching. A 90-minute session includes approximately 75 minutes of 1:1 coaching, with additional time as needed for setup and clean up time.
How old does my child need to be?
Children as young as 2 can be in our fitness intensive programs.
Are these physical therapy sessions?
No. This is a fitness-based movement program and is not a physical therapy service. It is not billed as physical therapy and is not intended to replace medical or therapeutic care provided by a licensed healthcare professional.
The program is delivered and overseen by a Youth Fitness Coach and certified kinesiologist with Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level A certification.
Our focus is on improving movement skills, coordination, and participation in physical activity, rather than individualized medical or therapeutic treatment goals.
Integration with physical therapy treatments: If your child is currently receiving physical therapy at our clinic and has a prescribed home exercise program, these activities may be integrated into the intensive to support your home program for increased consistency, movement practice, and carryover.
Where is the program offered?
This program is offered in your home and at community locations.
Standard service area includes Upland and surrounding communities, including Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Montclair, Ontario, Chino Hills, Pomona, Norco, and East Valley. Travel beyond these area may include an additional fee for mileages.
